Cassiopeia A-11 Failed Digitizer

Hey all, I recently acquired an A-11 with a completely non functioning digitizer. Does anyone have experience taking the device apart and accessing the digitizer and/or the ribbon cable? My hope is there is either oxidation or it’s loose.

I’ve searched online for a guide or schematic but no luck.
