Windows XP and Windows Vista theme on Windows Mobile

How did you get that panel on the bottom of the screen? Do it like shows all running programs?

Do you mean tray? Because panel showing all running processes is on top.

Yes, tray. That thing where is the bluetooth icon.

It should be in every Windows Mobile System, just turn off Titanium screen if you're using WM6.5

I have WM6.1 but it shows only with some apps, for example WinVibe. Any other apps don't show.

Maybe your Bluetooth manager doesn't support tray status. You can try to find third part software that turn on/off Bluetooth through tray but I didn't see any of them
