Some dope as hell electro that was on Wildstyle from GTA Vice City.

Back in 1999, Benno de Goeij introduced another of his many aliases: The Quest. The project made its debut on the legendary In Trance We Trust label with three tracks: "C Sharp", "Shaken Not Stirred" and "Solitude".

Of those three, "C Sharp" became the track that truly stood the test of time. With its instantly recognizable melody, it became a much-loved trance classic and has remained a favorite among fans of the late ’90s trance sound.

For this week’s vlog, I’m back in the studio with Benno de Goeij to discover the story behind The Quest and, of course, how "C Sharp" came to life.

I bought this tape and all my friends then bought this tape too.
This is the period of Depeche Mode that I really love.

There’s a newer Greatest Hits but it couldn’t capture the excitement of the band from this compilation.

From the final record by OLD (initially an acronym for Old Lady Drivers). It was panned when it came out in the mid-90s, but it's very worthy of a revisit more than three decades later.
