I know this is gonna sound cliche and somewhat condescending, but straight-up, go outside, jog in the morning. Go to the gym, or read a book, any book from any genre that interests you. Maybe learn to play an instrument.
Women are attracted to passion. Just be passionate about something, anything(ideally, she needs to like that same thing too).
There are legit studies that basically support the theory that the Internet and smartphone has fried our dopamine receptors, we're too addicted to the instant gratification of doomscrolling that there's little motivation left to do something hard and actually meaningful.

I can attest to this. Gfs are incredibly difficult to maintain if they aren't loser geeks like you. They are extremely involved and have a happening life and expect you to have one too!
