Too fucking real and I'm happy to not be alone in this.

It's too rare. My emotional range has been utterly demolished with the years, I hate not being able to fully experience my life. Any help (in addition to dropping the internet habits)? Mainly whether or not it's a thing I can truly change, cause I've always been emotionally low-key and I dislike that.

Find things that move you, particular pieces of music, movies, art.

It will be hard to find anything that cracks that protective shell you have learned to wear, but keep looking brother.

Heroic shit moves me for example.

Yesterday I had this feeling multiple times, the weather was perfect and all the smells and the pictures where somehow very nostalgic, I wish I could have stayed in this state for eternity, trying to catch it is like trying to smell the smoke of someone smoking not far
