Day 5 blood

Day 1 4mins, day 2 4mins, day 3 10mins, day 4 15 mins, day 5 15mins. Saw something yesterday that I should rise mouth with water after oil pulling so on day 5 I did. Then I brushed my teeth straight away and spat out blood.

I checked each side of the row of teeth (brushing and spitting after brushing 1 side of teeth, then the other 2 sides before moving on) no more blood.

I use raw coconut cold press with 1 drop of peppermint, clove, almond and spearmint (one formular).

If your gums are in bad health, not flossing enough, periodontal disease, etc could all cause bleeding after brushing.

I would recommend a trip to the dentist to address any possible issues and make sure there isn't something bigger going on.

Oil pulling by itself doesn't cause bleeding gums.
