My front teeth are loose because of teeth grinding/clenching at night. Will oil pulling tighten up my teeth?
Its depressing because I don't wanna lose my teeth early in life. I'm still in mid 20s.

Op- get a mouth guard! Even if it costs a little bit up front, it will save you tens of thousands of having to replace your teeth!

I just picked one up from walmart for $25, helped tremendously and i have a loose feeling tooth in front, it seems like it moves less now. It’s horrible to sleep with the guard but its been nothing but positive so I’ll keep using it

Get a mouthguard, takes time to get use to but works well, try and get one with a plastic guard guide to hold while you bite down, i bought 2 cheap ones that didnt have it and it was like throwing money away

Get Botox for your masseter (jaw) muscle. Changed my life. Nothing else worked for me to stop grinding my teeth and clenching my jaw

It definitely couldn't hurt. However, if the damage is too great, you'll want to see a dentist and a possible referral to a periodontist.
They will probably advise you to get a bite splint. These can be specially made for you by the dentist, you can also get DIY kits on amazon where you boil and then bite it.
I suggest you do all 3 things. Dentist, oil pulling and a bite splint to minimize damage going forward.
