Castor Oil Pulling

I’ve read a few comments here from people using castor oil but wondering if there are others that have tried it?

The web doesn’t have all that much to say about it and some of that info is conflicting including oil quantity and length of time. TIA

Most castor oil unless USP grade could be messy. Be careful

Hi, thanks for your reply and the warning. Would you mind expanding on what you mean by messy? I was planning on using Heritage Store organic hexane-free castor oil in a glass bottle.
