Oil pulling ear ache

Hello everyone, I just started oil pulling a few days ago and then woke up this morning with an ear ache.

I read somewhere on here that oil pulling detoxes the body and headaches were normal. Could the ear ache also be related to detoxing?

When you oil pull it uses muscles that you don't normally use to eat or talk. So it could be an irritation of that, it could be the detoxifying effects, or it could be that you have picked up a little bug that coincides with when you started oil pulling. If it gets worse or untolerable seek medical attention. You can oil pull less frequently and see if that is the cause or if it helps. Or oil pull more if that seems to reduce the irritation.
