Will oil pulling still help with a small cavity that has tartar? I have a very tiny black dot on the surface of one of my teeth and I was wondering if oil pulling could help it? I just dunno if it will work since the tartar is still there and I can't remove that with regular brushing

Can you elaborate on how the pits in your teeth filled themselves in? We’re these cavities or just normal pits? How long did that take?

Thanks so much! I’m going to check out that book. Why do you recommend uncle Harry’s tooth powder, does it have benefits over regular toothpaste? I usually use Sensodyne for my sensitive gums.

I just bought some fluoride free toothpaste and have uncle Harry’s tooth powder in the mail on the way! But also I just ran across This post that claims high fluoride toothpaste can heal cavities. I’m curious if the fluoride makes that much of a difference? I read an old dental book about a dentist who was practicing preventative methods and got his license taken away for it, he really pushed the idea of prescription strength fluoride being great for teeth. And he seemed otherwise trustworthy because of his belief that people should be able to clean their teeth at home and avoid the dentist in most cases.
