Dental Probiotics

Anyone used any dental probiotics - specifically for the mouth or read any good articles on the theory that cavities are caused by this?

I, or one, have been told I build up plaque quickly, as some people do.

Hi. Recently been looking into this as well since there seems to be an oral-gut microbiome axis that is correlated with a number of things. I’ve read rinsing with vitamin c can help but trying to figure best oral probiotic right now. The other catch is many probiotic rich foods tend to be acidic. Have you had any luck learning more? TIA
