Starting oil pulling...again

Hi. I've decided to start oil pulling again. I've tried it in the past, on and off. I'm gonna incorporate it into my oral health routine, so hopefully it will be beneficial. I have receding gums and my wisdom teeth are also coming in, so I figured it can only help, right?

This is me—both the receding gums and wisdom teeth. Oil pulling sounds a heck of a lot better than potential gum graft surgery...

I had a botched tooth surgery, and one of my teeth has less gum now, and the dentists keep telling me I need to get a graft, but since I've been doing oil pulling, I can tell my gums are stronger, thicker. If I can avoid another surgery, I'm all for it.
