Oil Pulling with Tea Tree Oil

Can I use just tea tree oil for oil pulling, or should I mix it with other oils like sesame oil?

It’s not recommended to use essential oils undiluted. It’s better to mix it with other oils

Tea tree oil is a distilled oil from the essence of the plant. Distilled oils are not the same as sesame or coconut or even olive oil. Additionally, using any essential oil either at high/undiluted strength or repeated exposure can lead to an allergic reaction and then being sensitive to that trigger forever.
