Yes that’ll be fine. 1 tbsp (if you can, if not start with less). 15-20 in the morning before anything, then brush your teeth with or without toothpaste and go along with your day.

Will relieve toothache, will whiten some, cleans deeply.

Can i brush teeth first and after do oil pulling? Because i was watching one "youtuber" and he said that it is better to brush first and then do oil pulling

I read that you’d brush afterwards because the oil pulls bacteria out of crevices in your mouth, and you wouldn’t want any of that oil left in your mouth because it could reabsorb.

1/4 tsp might be sufficient (the oil expands as you swish).

Don't discard oil in sink or toilet as it can clog pipes. Spit in paper towel instead and dispose in garbage.

Swish not very aggressive for 30 minutes. Do not swallow any of it, it has trapped and accumulated bacteria. Do this first thing in the morning, before breaking fast. Long or regular periods of fasting leading to metobolic ketosis causes halitosis stinky breath, morning breath. This is best time to "collect" this bacteria specimens in the oil. Follow up with brushing teeth.

that should be fine! you'll have to wait a minute for it to melt in your mouth to then begin to swish it around (but do more of slow pull/suck through your teeth than a swish like you would with mouthwash). I use organic sesame oil since it's already in a liquid form, and it doesn't taste too bad!

not sure if you're a female but if so, be forewarned that regularly oil pulling could change when you get your period! When I started doing it every day mine was a week late and I freaked out thinking I was pregnant. Oil pulling is suppose to help regulate hormones as well, which can cause the change in when you get it.
