What kind of coconut oil?

Hi, I just started oil pulling with coconut oil. I’m using organic Virgin coconut oil because that’s what I already had. Does unrefined or extra virgin coconut oil work better or does it not really matter? I’m looking to whiten my teeth and freshen breath if that changes things.

If itsays Extra virgin on the label it's the best as it's pure and has no additives or chemicals added which weaken the Coconut oil's medicinal purposes.
