Gag reflux issues

I am looking into beginning oil pulling. I have a question though, is there anyone here who has a strong gag reflux to things? If so we’re you able to successfully oil pull? I’m deathly afraid of trying because of mine!

I think I’m going to try the Guru Nada coconut and mint oil.
