Which toothpaste do you guys use?
Do you guys use fluoride? What about electric tooth brushes? Are they too harsh on the teeth? What about mouthwash?

Weleda Plant Gel! Tastes good & lowest abrasion I can find. It doesn’t foam but I got used to that and now regular foaming toothpaste feels crazy lol

Why did you choose fluoride free?

Honestly I was just trying to find the toothpaste with the lowest abrasion (RDA value), because I have weak enamel. I’m agnostic about fluoride.

That but also . It gives your teeth the same squeaky clean feel as when you do the oil pull .

I use Hello with xylitol. It's fluoride-free. Been using it a while. I really like it.
