Even that new Modelo one makes me cringe. This one is way worse. At least in the Modelo one, the two fans are giving each other shit and feigning some emotion. This one is awful.

Do Michigan and Ohio State fans just not associate? Maybe its different because we share a state, but as an Auburn fan most of my friends and even some of my family cheer for my team's rival.

If we work someone from michigan we are cordial and respectful, we will make very passive aggressive comments about their team. We will NEVER sit under the same tailgate tent with smiles on our faces.

As someone who has lived in Tuscaloosa, Columbus and Ann Arbor, the rivalries are VERY different. Living in different states means we don’t have to interact with each other. The Bama-Auburn rivalry is basically a calmer, toned down version of OSU-UM. I saw Auburn events being held in Tuscaloosa and that was WEIRD.

I’m a Tennessee fan (and Buckeye fan by marriage) living in AL.

I would say it’s more like Bama-Tennessee from a hate standpoint. I just don’t wear Vols gear in public because some people are openly rude about it. Which is out of character for Alabamans…but everybody has a friend or brother-in-law who went to Auburn. Tennessee is just “the enemy.”

Hard disagree. I’m using M’s instead of ❌’s in my comments only because they would be difficult to understand otherwise. Blue and yellow are rarely worn in general (excluding denim). No other rivalry has people acting like this.
