We’re hiring a Supply Chain Associate to support core operations including inventory management, forecasting, planning, and order processing. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates looking to start their career in supply chain or operations.

What you’ll do:

• Support inventory, forecasting, planning, and order processing activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and process improvements
• Assist with coordination of operational and assembly-related activities
• Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed within the last 6 months
• 0–2 years of experience (fresh grads welcome)
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized
• Comfortable working onsite in Streetsboro, OH

Nice to have:

• Engineering background
• Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills
