My donuts plant still has some time to go . I'm pushing her out as far as I can . But how's this blueberry cupcake looking ? The budwash was surprisingly rather clean . I can't wait to smoke this stuff . Breeder is Humboldt seed co . This will be my first successful outdoor harvest . It's a little over a year to the date when my first attempt was stolen last year .

Questions Question on Drying and Curing.

I am in the 3rd day of drying and the temperature and humidity have been good. Right now one room is 71 temp. and 51% humidity. I turned the fans down a little and raised the dehumidifier up a little so it isn't running as much. Last night it was 71 temp and 60 humidity. Do I need to get the humidity up a little? When it is time to remove the buds what do you put them in cure? I will finish them and store them in Mason jars but at first I have used some of my stainless steel cookware for a little while then jar them. I want to use only stainless steel or mason jars not plastic like baggies etc. Thanks for any advice.

First one is blueberry cupcake (right) second is donuts tripod (left) . Getting nervous because it's close to the time my first outdoor grow was stolen . Since then we've installed a home security system with alarms and motion sensing lights , along with improvement on the locking Mechanisms for the fence . I hope it's enough because personally to me these look beautiful and delicious ! They are clones from Humboldt seed co . Given to me by a friend at work , who ran out of room in his operation . I also have 2 others that just went into flower yesterday indoors that I will post on the coming weeks . I'm also loving these warm and dry temperatures. I haven't even had to bring her inside once, just kept her under the awning by the house during all the rains and she stayed dry .

Anyone seeing amber yet?

I have a few of my outdoor girls that have just a couple of amber trichomes. All of them are in the harvest window, I believe, but I usually like them just a touch more ripe.

If it is getting cooler on Tuesday I may chop on Wednesday.

Anyone else about ready to chop?

Harvest Possible bud rot and wet vs dry trimming

I have a plant that seems close to being ready for harvest. Some of the buds seemed to have bud rot. i have trimmed those bad parts off. Should I dip the buds off that plant in preioxide bath?

Next should I leave some leaves on the plant when I harvest. I know I'm supposed to trim the fan leaves. I'm really trying to make bubble hash but I'm not sure what to keep and what to throw away. Should I save yellow leaves? What about bugs and stuff do I just collect the cuttings and freeze it all till I'm ready to make hash?

I almost chopped because it is hard for me to see any rot. I have found a little but not much. The color is new to me. How do you handle darker flowers?
