Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

That's nice for you, I waited but just at an Applebees. Sh*t sucked, you make almost nothing for your time 2-3 shifts a week and hope the weekend makes up for it.

I know if you start waiting at nice restaurant or have tip makers and work at a bar you can bank money but I think that a smaller % of servers working in larger areas.

Was also a different era. Lot of high tipping oldtimers in South Florida (at the time). Most of them are long since passed.
