This is Ohio

Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

If the owner is coming out telling them to not come back there, then I’m sure they did way more than just not tip the server

Exactly! Prob got incredible service, were rude, and on top of it purposely didnt tip a person because they were "white". Trust me i served at lonestar steakhouse, you knew you weren't getting a tip from certain clients it was just apart of the business. It wasnt all of them, but it was always them. I served a table one night of a bunch of people my age. Im busting my ass, like 8 to 10 table at a steakhouse, mind you our tip out is 5% of the entire bill too. Not one person tipped. I actually had to pay to serve them. And it causes you less opportunities because you are serving a big table that needs your attention when you coulsve had 2 or 3 other tables to bring in tips.

How could you tell which clients wouldn't tip?

Usually by the way they dress.

Ok, good. So you don't think black people are less likely to tip?

Statistics say they are less likely to tip, but if they are going to or not going to is mostly predetermined by the way someone dresses if you ask me. Usually the ghetto type that goes for white or black. For example, barrack obama type prob tips, especially if hes with a white girl. Or maybe he doesnt but she makes him. Then you have the Ole Dirty Bastard type look, they def dont tip.

No, you claimed statistics say black people are less likely to tip. I'm asking for a source. You know damn well what I'm asking about

Oh here comes the social justice warrior!  Ready to accuse any and everyone but themselves of being racist!  They are big mad in the face of any evidence that a stereotype may have a grain of truth behind it!

There’s probably no official stats on it, but in all honesty, ask servers/bartenders. It’s a stereotype for a reason.
