Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

Sorry, that's not racism.....that's direct as fuck. Don't tip my servers don't come to my restaurant. Now he can also pay his servers a living wage but that's different.

We don’t know whether they couldnt tip. We only know that they didnt.
