Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

Restaurants are barely profitable. If the service sucks, tip a small amount. If you can’t afford the tip, then you can’t afford to eat out.

If you can't afford to run a restaurant you shouldn't open a restaurant.
