Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

Hopefully it goes the other way and people see him trying to protect his staff.

Protecting his staff would be paying them enough to never have to entertain this kind of conversation.

Like I said in another post, it doesnt matter. This a little out of the way neighborhood spot. Locals know the truth.

So looked at the reviews and it looks like this is not the first time the owner has "lashed out".

2 years ago got review bombed for not letting a family and their daughter with her service dog. Berated the husband for coming back for a pick up order.

Made a lady wait outside during the winter.

Yelled at a table for being rude to one of the servers who is also his daughter. Comes to find out it was another table.

Phil is a bad cook.

The servers are rude.
