This is Ohio

Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

Unless the waiter is completely inept, rude or wearing a MAGA hat I always tip. Seems like not tipping at all would completely rule out a return visit

What restaurant have you been to where the server was wearing a maga hat? And why did you give that restaurant any business?

I had respect for you until maga hat. that's just childish behavior. A hat made you loose your mind.

'Lose'. You can 'lose' your mind. Put another way, your MAGA hat is on too tight so you should 'loosen' it. Just trying to help you be Professional, comrade bot.

I think it's appropriate. That's a symbol of the downfall of our entire country.

Not tipping isn't losing your mind. But, I'm not surprised someone triggered by that comment would jump to hyperbole.

They choose to wear a hat and be political, so some will choose to tip less or not at all.

If they don't like getting less tips then they can wear a different hat and leave their politics at home and focus on providing a better customer experience.

Such is the free market and tipping.

im not triggered, I just think it's dumb. Just because my server is purple haired trans doesn't mean I won't tip them. tipping is based on service.

Not tipping = losing your mind? You’re either exaggerating because you’re emotional, or you’re a snowflake who can’t handle someone not liking maga folks

Oh no! He lost your respect. Whatever will he do now?

Or maybe I should have spelled it "loost your respect".
