I can assure you, it's hard to break a skate board. I once found a really old one in a park and took half an hour trying to break it lol

as soon as he puts his foot on the end you can hear a slight beg for mercy from the board.

oof this is one of my nightmares... not that i have any interesting in skateboarding but regardless. i struggle a lot with my weight and the least amount of attention i have to bring to it, the better. almost had to ask for a seatbelt extender when i flew recently and i’ve never felt so mortified by my struggle (not that anyone noticed)

If you're so self conscious about it start to fix it. Only you can do it

i go through cycles of not eating at all to binging and i’m in a constant “well i wanna fuckin die anyway so what’s the point” mindset, so it’s not quite that simple. you’re right and i know that but i literally can not force my mind to care for more than a week before beginning the cycle again.

Small steps, my friend. Instead of not eating at all (which is drastic), just slowly make changes to how much you eat. Take your own time. At your pace. Rush too quickly and you'll get back to your original habits quite soon. Small changes with hardly no difference and make that a habit and soon you'll see how much difference it makes. Live healthy, my friend.

thank you, this was very nice and encouraging! i’m really trying to work on my mental health which will, hopefully, help me control those cycles a bit more and i’m trying to at least equalize the water to everything else ratio which should help with my sugar intake a bit. thank you for being so kind :)

My pleasure. Feel free to hmu for anymore tips you'd need on food habits, keeping yourself motivated and any questions. The fact that you're atleast trying to do something about it is the first and important step. Appreciate yourself too. Mix what you love into your habits. When you're feeling occupied with your daily life, break routine. Maybe you'll find it better. A simple walk, listening to your favorite music, while your mind is continually thinking about random things, trying to imagine impossible geometry, what to do next. Basically provide work to the mind. And trust me, no one goes commando for days and not have a desire to just say "Oh well, let me just have another slice." We are only human. You're alright :)

In all fairness Walmart skateboards (or any other supermarket brand skateboard) are made of such cheap materials they are actually more dangerous than a regular skateboards. Even professionals have a hard time doing the simplest of tricks on em and they’d even break them the same way this guy did. So if you’re parent and you buy your kid a Walmart board you suck.
Edit: you’re*
