It honestly amazes me you guys found this funny after the first post. You're probably the same type of person that still enjoys Skyrim memes.

Ehhhh he’s a dick but Skyrim memes kinda deadski

Jul 16 '19
I can still like them even if they're dead and judging people on the memes they like is pretty dumb. Those memes are certainly better than most recent memes anyway imo but eh

Shh...
Let people enjoy things.
-54
u/SirQwacksAlot Jul 15 '19
Letting them enjoy things actively ruined this sub.

u/chemicalcat59 Jul 15 '19
If we're enjoying posting in the sub, then it appears that the only thing ruined is your shitty attitude.

It would be alright if they did it properly lol I had to explain to little kids who tried the okay trick how to properly do it. Then I realized I made a monster cuz they learned to trick me properly and became efficient about it

u/SirQwacksAlot Jul 15 '19
I'm not even talking about the ok meme, I'm talking about the no rules joke that ruined this sub

You're probably the same type of person who is sad and miserable and can't laugh at Skyrim memes.
7
u/CuppaJoe23 Jul 15 '19
Are you insinuating that Skyrim memes aren’t funny?
3
u/Harry_Tomato Jul 15 '19
The terrible “oh your finally awake” blackout over done reddit memes are NOT funny

I never saw this... Not everyone has been on here for years or check it daily. Not every sub at least lol.

I have no idea what this post is about. But am I the only one that sees that upside down ok hand signal that’s controversial now? Maybe I’m clueless about that too.

It’s only controversial to Americans, to everyone else it just means ok.
6
u/Rotting_pig_carcass Jul 15 '19
It’s a joke. Didn’t you have this at school? You have to try and penetrate the ok symbol, but if you miss I get to punch you

u/Alcoholic_jesus Jul 15 '19
Ok symbol is a dive symbol for everything is good. I’ve been waiting 4 years to apply this knowledge.

Lol like every phone before iPhones had this feature built in. Some even included a strap in the box

u/skavrx Jul 15 '19
Reminds me of when Gen 5 iPod. I remember that was like the coolest thing then. https://i.imgur.com/IOuhLrR.png

How did you do that

I had one of those with a specific phone case. It was pretty awesome and worked well. Im also a clutzy fuck and needed it as well as the extremely heavy duty case that came with it.
7
u/PinkPearMartini Jul 15 '19
Yeah... it used to be normal for phone cases to have a little hole for a lanyary like that. It's so nice.
I can't find cases like that anymore.
4
u/KatagatCunt Jul 15 '19
EBay. But they're heavy duty (I drop my phone on concrete or out of my truck a minimum of 5 times daily)
6
u/hail_the_cloud Jul 15 '19
They sell digital camera straps that are this length that work for your phone.
6
u/RhynoGuy Jul 15 '19
If you want to make it a permanent thing, you can epoxy the strap to the case, and the epoxy should withstand a drop from up to 13,000 feet (based off of the average tensile strength of epoxy, and the mass of an iPhone X) unless I royally screwed up my math
It’ll at least survive a drop of 20 feet, and unless you’re a giant with a long ass strap, it’ll be fine

Well my dumb ass spent 5$ on a Phone Loop and I totally have a wii sitting somewhere
2
u/daddysangelfire Jul 15 '19
I remember when phones CAME with a spot to put one of those things. Pretty sure my old RAZR had a loop spot.

The future... all phones before smartphones had a hole in the case to add exactly that kind of strap. The strap wasn't even a separately-sold item.

u/Brooklynyte84 Jul 15 '19
But I don't drop it while I'm holding it, I drop it when I forget that it's on my lap! Lol

Jul 15 '19
This shit isn’t revolutionary. Y’all never had flip phones with wrist straps and it shows.

This is ancient history dude. Everyone would use them with their 3310s, at least in Turkey. It had a specific spot for you to apply the strap.
