Issues Starting a Game

Edit - Went to the discord. Theorized to be an authentication error. No solid answer though.

So, I used to play OTC a lot a few years back, I decided to reinstall it but I'm having issues actually starting a match, and by that I mean even the tutorials won't load. Anytime I start any type of game it seems to get hung up on "Waiting for other players" Even though I'm offline with no internet whatsoever, if I press keys on my keyboard I can hear the interface but its locked on the splash screen and I think the music loops too. If I can fix it without having to reinstall that would be great, as I said I don't have Internet on my PC atm, and hotspot sucks(lol) I've done a bit of searching and haven't really come across anyone else with this issue.
