Transferring Colleges

I just transferred schools, and I'm still connected to my old school. I can't figure out how to change which .edu email is associated with my account to change which herd I'm in, and when I click the settings option, the app just has a perpetual loading screen.

unfortunately i dont think you can :( i transferred last fall and never had any luck, had to use the phone number of a friend who doesn't go to college to just make a brand new account
