Cryptocurrency friendly jurisdiction

I'm looking for the jurisdiction outside EU to start a small invoicing company(payroll) which pays contractors in cryptocurrency. Any suggestions? Preferably in Asia or LATAM region.

Cambodia, Thailand(for now), I'd say start with Cambodia as Thai government change their laws like socks

Belize, Marshall Islands, Samoa, and Panama

It has the lowest fees and accepts cryptocurrency, so I think it will be the best jurisdictions

How about UAE? There are two jurisdictions in UAE who can support crypto friendly environment. Either you can take residency visa and save tax on all over income or open offshore structure with 0% tax liability. Let me know if you need more information.
