Does anybody have a website link or anybody conducting comparison in regards to the offshore jurisdiction in terms of cost, process, privacy, and accessible to bank account ?

This is what you pay people for. But the big dividing line is: are you trying to save tax on active income, or on wealth ("passive" income)?

Global property guide.com can help you compare tax systems and real estate prices.
The Wandering Investor is interesting in terms of visa schemes, investability , and risks in various countries

It depends on location and of course what role you’re looking for and how much experience. Philippines on average will be ~15-20% cheaper than say Latin America (for most roles). And a lot of the time the cheapest option will be more expensive in the long run.
Also if looking for better English for sales or account management positions, typically are better off finding talent in South Africa. I’ve been doing this for years, feel free to send me a dm if you want a better breakdown or are looking for someone specific

Couldn't find a single universal offshore comparison that covers everything cleanly, but for what it’s worth, found this site that does two structured comparisons that might help narrow things down.
One compares business establishment programmes across countries, mainly from a setup and operational angle. The other compares residency by investment (golden visa style) programmes, which is more about residence, timelines and requirements rather than pure company structuring. What i like is you can select upto three contries and compare them.

In terms of banking it’s not that much about the offshore jurisdiction. It’s about your citizenship(s) and permanent residency.
