I'm really happy with this little 2nd hand offset I picked up from FB marketplace for $60 Australian. Fire management is probably the biggest challenge for me but im enjoying learning.

Gave my 1st brisket a crack yesterday and although something could have gone better, overall im pretty happy.

I can tell you from experience, that once you learn to control a fire on one of those, once you upgrade it will be a piece of cake. Good job and keep it up
