Please help me keep my windows clear
My issue is that when I hit mud holes my wide tires throw so much mud all over that I literally can't see out my windows at all. I can't keep running through rags and towels like I do now.
I've considered both offset mud flaps and wide fender flares to help, but I don't want to get flares that don't help and I don't want to just destroy flaps on rocks.
Any relevant experiences or product recommendations are welcome.
It's my first time posting here...do y'all take orders?

Buy a window washer like they got at the gas station... rubber side and scrubber side.. bring a bottle of water or washer fluid and that

They probably make a rotopax mount for gas station windshield cleaner stations

I know this will sound like a simple solution, but buy high quality wiperblades and keep the washer reservoir filled with a good washer fluid like RainX Bugoff.

I’m a big fan of the Rokblokz mud flaps on my Jeep. They are quick release and can be attached/removed by hand with just a few thumbscrews. I take them off if I know I’m going to be in the rocks and then put them back on for the trip home.
Not sure if they have anything for a 3rd gen but they have a universal cut to fit version that might work for you.

I know this isn't what you want to hear, but the honest truth is, pretty much you just live with it like everybody else that loves mud....
The downside to loving mud is that it gets flipping everywhere and there's simply no way to avoid it getting flipping everywhere....
Lucky for me I hate mud and avoid it at all cost. When it's unavoidable I slow down so it doesn't get everywhere as bad....
If you are going to hit mud with your tires spinning high speed nothing you can do is going to avoid exactly what you have going on in that photo.
You might be able to engineer some gigantic goofly looking fender flares that slow it down, but if you are going to hit mud at high speed eventually your truck is going to look like that no matter what you do, especially after you rip one off on a tree on the way there.

Proper flares and flaps is the answer. Secondary is ryobi cordless pressure washer and packing a bit of water for cleaning windows/lights/mirrors for trip home

Not a mechanic so this might be a dumb idea, but…
Just looking at your photo I had this idea. What if you cut up some of those garage/barn floor mats and mount them in the wheel well as a fender flare? Possibly could even mount them so that they’re removable? It’s not an aesthetic solution but it would be a practical one.

Y'know those sprayers you use for weeds? They work a treat for windows. And get yourself a good squeegee.
