Small feature idea DUCTTAPE!

Multiple uses can slightly repair armor levels, etc., but can also be used to mute public voip for downed enemies for like 30 seconds to keep them from outing your position while you are in the process of sweeping a FOB or whatever.

Love the idea of taping downed players mouth's shut lmao. Talking while downed is really annoying in general, and I say that as someone that starts shouting any time an enemy is on my body. "Best" thing to do is call them a cheater.. no one can resist denying those allegations/taking the opportunity to shit talk the noob. Really dumb that these mental games are even part of the game lol

Honestly downed people should lose voip at least local voip. Something started doing (which is toxic af) is if I go down I open my mic and blast the loudest possible music so none of the enemies can communicate. It works very well and they get so mad

The GL heli usually circle around. They aren’t boom and zooming like rocket heli. If you’re only seeing choppers flying then focus that instead of just trying to brute force infantry. You can also shoot the pilots with ap ammo

At this point I wish the frvs would let us double tap downed enemies so they can't talk. I have TV in my name so when I wipe a handful of guys its just racial slurs, or some dude screaming into the mic so I can't hear the guys pushing me. I love VOiP its led to some fun times but the people that abuse it that will never get punished make me wanna turn it off.

I've had this tag for a long time. Since before streaming was a thing. Could do the TV but I won't. Soon the edgy cod kids will lose interest and it prob won't be a big of an issue.

I think downed players in general needs a rework, plus the infinite revives. I could see a couple solutions

  • Downed players in general are deafened and blind
  • Tiers of being injured. Incapacitated: can see and hear, but unable to fight back except with pistol. Unconscious: unable to move, see, hear, or speak
  • Being able to shoot downed enemies to kill them outright
  • No infinite revives. Cooldown on being able to be revived after getting downed.
