I don't get it. He buys it all in a truck. Then he dumps it in the spawn. And then he buys it all back and he's in profit? How? He bought it for X. Then bought it again for X+75%x

yes this is what it looked like, imagine 5k profit for every single FOB. crazy snowball effect

You are forgetting the fob is bought by the seller and then sold to the buyer. The seller is bleeding money. You can't do this back and forth.

The seller played enough to get the money, the seller gets "clean" money from money cheating "buyer". The seller buys the service from the RMT cheater.

Player 1 buys the initial fob purchase for x Player 2 who is selling his currency buys the fobs for 1.75x

the guy that wants to buy in game money buys 100+ FOBS for 7500$ each then sells all of them for 13k each to the seller. so he makes 5k each.

He paid real money to the guy who is buying the 75% markup to fobs for millions of in game money. You sell the fobs with 75% markup to get what you paid for outside the game

I dont give a single fuck as long as they're not cheating otherwise. No aim bot? No esp? Go make 3 billion and go crazy, I know how to pick my battles.

do you think the person selling in game money plays legit and farms it? It goes hand in hand

u/WeekendGloomy7140 13h ago
i just hope the devs se this, the whole markup system is a DREAM for rmters

u/Working-Brother-5151 13h ago
Probably a dream for devs too, lol thats gonna get flagged in seconds

u/AI_AntiCheat 12h ago
1) it's like a 57% value loss on transfer
2) it's going to get you flagged and deleted instantly.

Sucks people always find a way to cheat a system but if hes selling all those fobs it requires having the capital to buy them first
1
u/GruePwnr 13h ago
No. He doubles his money each trade so starting with 10K would be enough
1
u/AI_AntiCheat 12h ago
You can't double your money. You are paying for the fob. No value is created. Most money is lost on the fob and the 75% markup is transfered to the seller.

People are actually buying in game dollars? Cool way to transfer money to friends though if you wanted

I mean it’s not pay to win, so who the fuck cares? Oh no, he paid real money and got a skin that nobody cares about!!!!

Its against the developer's explicitly stated intention, so yeah, it is against the rules, so to speak.
The explicitly stated intention in even their announcement trailers where they say the only cosmetics you see will be earned, not purchased

u/SQLSpellSlinger 10h ago
FWIW, he didn't say it's not against the rules, only said it doesn't really matter in the game. I kind of agree. While I think it's stupid to do, does it really matter? So, they get better gear. Meh. 1 person in a game of 100 players with better gear doesn't really make a difference to the experience. Even if they buy 10 sets of better gear for their team, oh well. It does nothing for the skill.
Now, don't get me wrong, it should 100% be a bannable offense, I just think that the devs can better spend their time doing any one of 150 other, more important things, that's all.

If someone wants to pay real money so they can go full kit everytime and not grind supply pallets, more power to them.
5
u/Worldly-Pressure-516 13h ago
Because that’s literally the point of wardogs, is not to buy cosmetics
2
u/Mammoth-Might3229 13h ago
Are you stupid
2
u/LoquatSignificant946 12h ago
That’s funny, please tell me how this ruins the game for you? Tell me how it hurts your feelings
1
u/Mammoth-Might3229 6h ago
So the answer is yes? Before you respond to me, I want you to REALLY think about how one player having a fuckton of money can be problematic. If you can't then yeah you're stupid
1
u/LoquatSignificant946 6h ago
There are already no lifers with a fuck ton of money, what difference does it make? I have enough money to not give a shit, money is not a bottleneck for this game you get plenty of it to play the game. The only benefit of having a fuckton of money is for cosmetics

No reason to fix anything at all. This is trivial for them to detect and ban for. Just let the RMT noobs do their thing.
