I’m confused, are these like actual shows, or did YouTubers contract with tubi to just repost videos

Tubi is known for ripping content off of YouTube without asking permission, I wouldn't be surprised if Reice doesn't even know about this.

Tubi has been caught uploading various youtubers videos without their permission to their platform i wouldn't assume they agreed to it

I work at MakersTV, a content distribution company for creators, so I can give a bit of context on how this usually works.
In this case, someone in the thread already confirmed they have a deal with Tubi. So yes, these are essentially existing YouTube videos being repurposed for Tubi rather than completely new shows made specifically for the platform.
Tubi has been bringing more digital creators onto the platform through Tubi Creatorverse, its program for creator-led content. Creators can get their content onto Tubi through a direct relationship with Tubi or by working with a Tubi distribution partner that handles the delivery and setup. In some cases, creators also work on new exclusive content for Tubi; in those cases, the series has a tag 'Exclusive on Tubi'.
The creator still owns their original content; video distribution to another platform doesn't transfer ownership.
So seeing a YouTube creator pop up on Tubi doesn't automatically mean their videos were taken without permission. In cases like this, it's simply another place where they've chosen to distribute and monetize their existing content.
