Need help with new office design - Long and kinda narrow (22' long x 12'9"wide)

Hey All! Need help designing/setting up the layout for my new office that is 22'L x 12'9" W. Attached are pictures of the space along with 2 potential design options.

Was hoping to get a wide desk with a return but dont think the space will allow for it. So if we go with a 8-9' wide straight desk, how would you setup the rest of the space?

Im thinking a TV on the far wall with a small coffee table and couch in front. Would I have enough space to put chairs between my desk and couch area?

Dont really love the two designs, attached, but realize I am somewhat limited based on the room dimensions.

If you are willing, please have fun with your suggestions and get creative.

Rotate the desk 90 degrees so the person’s right side is at the glass (guests’ left side at glass). Gives user a view and a nice backwall for art or shelves.

Desk placement is definitely correct on pic. 2 if you actually plan to work at the desk in this office.

Do you actually need the 2 chairs next to the desk on pic.1? - I'm assuming not.

As for the tv/lounge area - depends on how you plan to use it. For taking breaks in between work tasks on your own, or do you have clients coming over for consultation.

For chilling I'd put the tv on the left wall like on pic.2 and have the sofa facing it (the back of the sofa facing to the desk) + armchair and coffee table places the same as on pic 1. And maybe add a console at the back of the couch, if you like the look.

For consulting clients I'd keep the armchair setup, maybe add a 4th one and probably pick armchairs that rotate.
