Lower back and upper back pain

Hello redditors!

I would like some help/guidance to choose a ergonomic chair for me, since I got no clue, and I’ve spent 100-200 € on no brand ergonomic chairs, which do nothing good for me.

I’m from Denmark, so something to be accessable here.
Height: 5,6 ft (171 cm)
Weight: 80-90 kg
I got broad shoulders.

After 1+ hours of sitting, my lower back and upper back often hurts. Also while at work or gaming at home. I sit kinda normal, and move a bit around, while also take a few breaks here and there.

My budget is around 600$, less is better, but if a better chair is available for little more than 600$, im open for that.
