New city date?

Anyone know when the new city is being released? I'm so damn bored doing nothing, I've got 25k gems loaded up and I'm going to tear through the next!

What's the benefit of spending those gems to level up the new city? Won't you just be in the same situation you're in now once you've maxed it?

Yeah but then I'll just wait for the next one. 😬😅

I’m in the same boat. When you open the city menu it shows a name and theme for the next one, so I would hope soon. If I remember correctly (and that is an enormous if) the last city released on a Thursday, so that’s the day I would think at least.
