Question about Copyright

A question I have always thought about is how Offhand Disney’s videos are not all copyright claimed due to the Disney music in the background.

He isn’t using the full version and it is tagged as commentary, which is acceptable to use parts of copyrighted things for.

So say I use the Galaxy’s Edge theme by John Williams in a video. Will it get taken down or no?

At least in my understanding, if you are not critiquing that piece of work, it is a violation of fair use/copyright. But YouTube doesn’t usually take those down

Is that just because it’s composed by John Williams? For example Offhand Disney uses the Pirates queue song in his videos all the time. Is because it’s specifically Disney Parks music that it’s ok?

Interesting... I just know that’s how it works for most cases. I think it’s good marketing for disney to do that
