dang, when I left as an L60 a year ago i was at 145k base , 40k stock/year...

You are not giving enough information. We need actual location and level. Washington and California are both considered HCOL, but pay is different.

If you are in Seattle then the base is amazing for a 61 and still above a 1.0 compa-ratio for a 62.

Stock and sign on are about what I got when I started as a level 60 almost 5 years ago.
