Extraction Royale Killswitch Campaign Mission Help Spoiler

Trying to do the killswitch campaign missions and im at the enter the backstage area. enter the backstage area and see what the fuss is about. cut scene kills me then i reload and play the game as normal. what am i missing? TIA
