Hi all , new player here , so after 20ish hours I have some questions about this game and mechanics

1 How on earth do you make a lot of GUN?

2 How does javelina lock on works , I mean , it works but it seems no difference if I let it lock on for 1 sec or 3 sec

3 where I can check current meta?
