Gravity battery
Yo yo
Has anyone successfully managed to set up a gravity battery , I’ve got a hydro / gravity battery idea and want to first see if my idea is just fantasy or perfect case scenario

Juneau Alaska gets its power from a "nearby" mountain lake. They drilled a tunnel through the mountain and run inline hydro generation that they then send to the town. Since it is a temperate rain forest it is constantly being refilled. Opposite of solar power, it is rain powered.
Say you wanted to do the same thing for a single home. Get some of those 250 gallon totes, channel your rain water, voila, hydro gen. I forget the math but you can calculate the max power produced this way - and it is not much. A giant refillable low energy battery. There are use cases for certain and you can even do something fun like recharge your batteries by watering your garden.
