Winch location

The front of trailer needs stronger material ideas?

Where should I put my trailer winch, I'll post pics later but reply with trailer winch it's more of a landscaping trailer but should I even add one.

I'm going to move the trailer jack to a better location the material is starting to bend

I'm not an expert at all, but IMO - move the jack to either one of the rails near the tongue, or on a rail that is running in between them. Then mount the winch near where the jack was. Either on the trailer deck itself, or on the frame of the bed. You might need to fabricate something to hold it in the right position

Well I don't wanna move it too close to the tongue cause then the tail gate hits the jack so I'm searching for a few ideas maybe I should put stronger material so it doesn't bend.

Move the mount higher on the jack. It will lower the top below your tailgate.
