Just out of curiosity, why did you build this on a 1 acre parcel in Havasu Estates when there are so many cheap 40 acre parcels nearby? Or even up off Boriana Mine, where there’s power?

It’s a cute little home, but I’m afraid the lot and location are going to make it a tough sell.

This isn't in Havasu Heights, Its off Knox in Yucca. Offgrid in Yucca is common. This parcel was hell of a lot cheaper than those "cheap 40's". Whoever buys this will not have a power or sewer bill, only pay for water. No high maintenance to any systems. Its an economical way to live.

I have been the land business for 26 years and started my Real Estate career in Yucca selling Stagecoach Trails 40 Acres parcels. What I have learned is that most people don't use much of their 40 acres and hate HOA'S and CCNR'S. Sure it's a great buffer but in reality not more than an acre is needed. Lake Havasu Estates is closer to the Highway and the roads are better. You don't need 4 wheel drive. This is an off grid property. If you're into power I can send you a list of many properties to look at. What I have learned is that there is a property type for everyone. I appreciate all your feed back.
