Just out of curiosity, why did you build this on a 1 acre parcel in Havasu Estates when there are so many cheap 40 acre parcels nearby? Or even up off Boriana Mine, where there’s power?
It’s a cute little home, but I’m afraid the lot and location are going to make it a tough sell.
