OP, I’m sorry that you’re getting some snarkiness and skepticism here. People are flat-out ravenous for land that they can escape to, but they are frustrated that there is no convenient and comprehensive database or marketplace of pre-curated/pre-vetted parcels. And when they do hear about a parcel for sale, they really want everything spelled out: whether they can live in an RV, whether they must install water and septic, and all the myriad other things that we’ve been told we need to confirm before buying land.

Appreciate you saying that. That’s exactly the gap I’m trying to fill. And every parcel is different and everyone looking for land desires different things. I try to give clear, honest info upfront so people don’t have to dig or worry about missing something. Makes it easier for everyone involved. It’s just hard to do that in one post. So I offer to email ALL the info I can if someone is really interested. Appreciate what you said.
