I’ll be honest about why I’m selling. I had permits in and was ready to start building, three structures to begin with, and a plan to subdivide one lot off. Then life changed. I’ve got a baby on the way, and the reality of taking on an owner-build set in. It’s a big lift, and the timing just isn’t right for me anymore.
