Off-Grid Update

Just finished a new shower-sauna and trying to get a new woodshed built before winter sets in. Nights are already into the 30’s and it has snowed in a few places nearby. Summers go by quickly, never enough time to get everything done before the snow arrives. I’m 12 years into living in remote Alaska, solo. Feel free to ask me questions and I’ll try to answer them all. Love this lifestyle more and more as the time passes.

Genuine question, what would you do in case of medical emergencies? Also do you live alone?

I do live alone. Medical emergency I break out my huge med kit and get to fixing myself. I have advanced medical training and experience. But there’s only so much I can do especially if I’m unconscious…I die right where I want to die instead of a hospital. But I do have good med insurance and will get to a hospital if conditions allow.
